We make every effort to ensure these workers are well treated, and fairly paid. Our aim, is that as we partner with our suppliers, we can help to improve the lives of these people and their communities. Our goods are handcrafted and we endeavour through fairly traded practices to provide much needed employment, particularly in rural areas; and where possible, to keep alive traditional crafts and skills. In addition, it is our desire as we grow, to create employment opportunities here in the UK by providing jobs for local people.

As much as we encourage consistent high quality finishing throughout our product range we do value the individuality and uniqueness of each product - each item has been individually crafted and as such there will always be an element of variation. Please appreciate where handwoven natural fibres have been used there will be variations in texture, colour and weave which is quite normal and if anything validates its authenticity. Likewise each piece of gemstone and organic jewellery has been individually hand crafted. Due to the organic properties of each piece, the jewellery is unique and it can vary in shape, size and colour hue which only enhances its individual quality further.
